There are a lot of templates that a Project Manager can use to lead a sucessful project. I wonder if there is a consolidated worksheet that involve all basic templates (in tabs) following the full life cicle of the project.
With a single Excel workbook all basic support and control docs could be seen (or accesed through a link in case of pdf or doc files) as in "Project in a Box" software, but in just one operational tool where Project Manager can find and update all he needs quickly.
I am tempted to assemble such a file, but want to know first if it is a reasonable idea and if someone has worked on that direction before.
